Aishah Hamid has spent 15 years inside the change equation from every angle: as an internal practitioner, as an external consultant, and as someone who has had to lead her own organisation through transformation.

Aishah founded Align Change Practice from a simple conviction: that the most sophisticated change management methodology in the world only works if the people inside an organisation feel genuinely heard.
Her practice draws on more than 15 years working with multinational corporations, SMEs, NGOs and government-linked organisations across Asia, the Gulf and Europe. She has facilitated over 25,000 participants through change processes ranging from single-day leadership offsites to multi-year transformation programmes.
She is a certified LEGO Serious Play facilitator and brings a particular depth to the work of helping organisations surface tacit knowledge, build psychological safety, and move through resistance with dignity rather than force.
How We Work
Every engagement begins with a genuine diagnostic. We do not arrive with a pre-packaged answer. We learn the organisation first.
Change does not live in one team or one leader. We design interventions that address the real dynamics, not just the presenting problem.
