About
Aishah Hamid has spent over 20 years inside the change equation from every angle: as an internal practitioner, as an external consultant, and as someone who has had to lead her own organisation through transformation.
Aishah Hamid
Aishah Hamid founded Align Lab Studio to help organisations move through change with clarity, courage and care. Its first dedicated practice, Align Change, is a transformation and alignment consultancy focused on the conversations, behaviours, relationships and shared ownership that determine whether change actually lands.
Her practice draws on more than 20 years working inside the organisations that change is meant to serve, across multinational corporations, SMEs, NGOs and government-linked organisations in Asia. She has led over 25,000 participants through change processes ranging from single-day leadership offsites to multi-year organisational transformation programmes.
Having worked both as an in-house change practitioner and as an external consultant, she has seen organisational change from both sides of the table. That gives her a particular read on what is actually happening beneath the surface, where the gap between what is said and what is done becomes most visible.
She is a certified LEGO Serious Play facilitator and brings a particular depth to change management and organisational alignment work, helping organisations surface tacit knowledge, build psychological safety, and move through resistance with dignity rather than force.
The work is rigorous but its orientation is human. Aishah approaches every engagement with a quality of attention that treats each participant not as a stakeholder to be managed but as someone carrying something essential. Her conviction is that organisations change when people feel safe enough to be honest. That quality of presence is not a technique. It is who she is.
Our Practice Partners
Align Change works with experienced practitioners, facilitators and organisational consultants across Singapore and the region, depending on the needs of each engagement.
While every practitioner brings a different background and lens, we share a common belief: meaningful change happens when organisations create the conditions for honest conversations, shared ownership and practical action.

Anne-Marie George
Anne-Marie George partners with Align Change on change management, organisational development and people transformation work across Singapore and the region.
She brings more than twenty years of experience working inside the organisations that change is meant to serve, spanning multinational engineering consultancies, professional services firms, NGOs and SMEs across Singapore and the Middle East.
Her experience includes supporting teams through global acquisitions, workforce transitions, organisational growth and people-related change. Having worked both as an internal HR practitioner and as an independent consultant, she understands the realities organisations face when transformation affects not just structures and processes, but people, relationships and trust.
Anne-Marie approaches every engagement with curiosity rather than assumptions. She does not arrive with a framework looking for a problem to fit. She begins by understanding what is actually happening beneath the surface, creating the conditions for people to speak honestly about what is working, what is not, and what needs attention.
She is currently completing a programme in Organisational Design and Sustainable Culture at the Centre for Organisational Resilience and Inclusion, Ngee Ann Polytechnic, deepening a practice grounded in both organisational systems and human experience.
Her belief, much like the philosophy behind Align Change, is that transformation succeeds when people feel safe enough to say what is true, and when organisations are willing to listen before deciding what to change.
How We Work
Every engagement begins with a genuine diagnostic. We do not arrive with a pre-packaged answer. We listen for what the organisation is actually navigating: where leadership is misaligned, where teams have stopped trusting the direction, where the real conversation has not happened yet.
Change does not live in one team or one leader. We work across leadership, culture and behaviour to surface tensions before they become barriers, and to build the shared direction that makes transition actually stick.
Structured follow-ups and impact reviews after every engagement. Written deliverables with named owners. We stay accountable to outcomes, not just outputs.
Aishah draws on her lived experience as a woman, a Muslim, a Singaporean, and a practitioner who has worked in organisations on every side of the change equation.
Credentials
Aishah works across organisational change, leadership alignment and facilitation — helping teams navigate transition, complexity and behavioural change with clarity and care.
Experience
Over 20 years, Aishah has worked inside organisations navigating real change, embedded in the dynamics rather than observing from the outside. The work has crossed banking, technology, manufacturing and professional services, as well as regional and global initiatives where different cultural contexts, stakeholder realities and organisational hierarchies were all in motion at once.
Several engagements have involved large-scale adoption environments, complex stakeholder engagement, and senior leadership alignment work where the gap between the stated direction and actual behaviour was the core problem. She is comfortable in organisational complexity, and in environments where the official story and the lived experience are quite different from each other.
