Align Change is a Singapore-based change, organisation development and facilitation practice bringing together senior independent practitioners across transformation, people systems, social impact and complex group work. Engagements are led by Aishah Hamid, with practice partners engaged according to the expertise and capacity required.
Each practitioner brings a different area of experience while sharing a commitment to thoughtful diagnosis, purposeful facilitation, practical action and meaningful organisational outcomes.
Aishah Hamid founded Align Change, a practice of Align Lab Studio Pte Ltd. She brings more than 20 years of cross-industry professional experience, including more than 14 years in change, transformation and organisation development. She has led and supported global transformation programmes involving more than 25,000 employees across 51 countries.
Through Align Change, Aishah works directly with organisations on organisation diagnosis, leadership and team alignment, culture and behaviour change, process facilitation and capability building. She designs engagements around the organisational outcome required, from focused leadership sessions and facilitated interventions to wider change and development programmes.
Her facilitation practice draws on systems thinking, Appreciative Inquiry, human-centred design and LEGO® Serious Play® where these methods serve the work. She combines the discipline of large-scale change delivery with the ability to work closely with groups, surface different perspectives and translate conversations into practical action.
Anne-Marie George is an independent practice partner supporting Align Change on people transformation, organisation development and change engagements. She brings more than 20 years of experience across engineering consultancies, professional services firms, NGOs and SMEs in Singapore and the Middle East, including acquisitions and workforce transitions.
She is certified in HR Consulting and Organisational Change through IHRP and brings an internal practitioner's understanding of how organisational change is experienced by employees, managers and leadership teams.
Farheen Mukri is an independent practice partner supporting Align Change on organisation development, social impact, facilitation and community-engagement work. She brings more than 20 years of experience as a trainer-facilitator, including seven years teaching Social Sector Leadership and Social Capital and Social Impact at the Singapore University of Social Sciences.
Her work focuses on workplace wellness, team cohesion and sustainable, locally grounded engagement across nonprofit, public-sector and community environments.
Anne-Marie George and Farheen Mukri are independent practice partners engaged on a project basis according to client requirements. They are not employees of Align Lab Studio Pte Ltd.
